An interactive consumer live-streaming platform I co-founded and led as CTO.
Creators broadcast live to a real-time audience that can chat, react, and send virtual gifts. I wrote the first line of code and led it as CTO for six years — through global scale, engineering from three to around twelve, a company of about fifty, and an acquisition in 2024.

PlatformA multi-tenant AI-companion social platform running serverless on Cloudflare’s edge.
Autonomous AI personas with persistent memory, real-time text and voice chat, AI media generation, and a virtual-gift economy. One shared backend powers four independently branded consumer sites — roughly 108k lines of TypeScript, nine languages, built solo.
Socialog
SaaSA social-media scheduler that publishes one post to seven networks, driven by humans or agents.
Write a post once, pick accounts and a time, and a cron-driven publish engine on Cloudflare’s edge fans it out to X, Instagram, Threads, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest and Paragraph — one adapter per network. The whole product is also exposed over MCP and a REST API, so an agent can schedule through a tool call.
Chinese learning built on a closed loop between spaced repetition and generated reading.
An FSRS scheduler decides which words you are about to forget, and an LLM writes graded stories from exactly those words, so every review earns its keep. HSK 1–9 across both standards, neural pronunciation, and SSR plus the entire API served from a single Cloudflare Worker.

ProductA strength-training tracker — reusable routines, a set-by-set logger, and months of visible progress.
Two surfaces over one shared core: a phone-first training app and a desktop planning hub, shipped as a single Cloudflare Worker. It has a built-in MCP server, so you can point an AI coach straight at your own training data. Built solo, end to end, localised in English and Dutch.

AIA Slack-native AI agent platform that gave a company one assistant instead of five disconnected models.
Internal services turned into MCP tools its agents can actually use, automating day-to-day work across support, engineering, analytics, and ops. A sentence in Slack became the interface to the whole company.
